What is GetSwapped?
GetSwapped is an AI face swap tool for video and images. You upload one photo of yourself, choose a template or upload your own video, and we generate a realistic clip with your face in the scene. Generation is powered by a third-party AI provider on our behalf.
How many credits does a swap cost?
A video swap costs 10 credits per clip of up to 10 seconds. An image swap costs 2 credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; see pricing for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time online from the billing portal linked in every receipt email, or by emailing support@getswapped.app. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Details on cancellations and refunds are in our Refund Policy.
What happens to my photos and videos?
Your uploads are never shared publicly or sold. They are used only to create your swaps and keep the Service safe, and uploaded photos and videos are deleted automatically within 30 days. Generated results stay in your account until you delete them. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Whose face can I swap?
Only your own, or someone who has given you explicit permission. Sexual content, minors, impersonation, fraud, and political deception are never allowed. You must be 18 or older to use GetSwapped. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Which file formats are supported?
Photos in JPG, PNG, or WEBP, and videos in MP4 or MOV. Each video swap covers a clip of up to 10 seconds. Results download as MP4 for video and PNG for images, at up to 1080p depending on your plan.
